Wyndham Surabaya Hotel, Surabaya

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was incredibly spacious, much bigger than the usual hotel rooms, overlooking the pool and main street. It was not only spacious but also located in the city center, making it super convenient to visit all the attractions nearby. The room was large and correctly equipped with good bedding, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic with rare bathtub amenities, although early check-in was not available. The service was top-notch, especially at the Sky Lounge and reception, where the staff were cool, kind, and excellent in communication. The location was perfect, making it easy to access various places in Surabaya, including the biggest shopping mall, Tunjungan plaza, just a walk away. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of Indonesian, Western, and Asian foods, though more international dishes could be added. Overall, a great value for money option in Surabaya.

The service was generally polite and attentive, with minor incidents like constant laundry bell ringing at 9 am. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes worth trying.

The hotel is centrally located in Surabaya, making it easy to travel all over and just a short walk to Tunjungan Plaza. The rooms were adequate with basic facilities and the pool was really nice. However, the service could be more attentive and the dining experience had gone down in quality. It’s a great option for those who want a convenient location.
